Altru Sports Complex
New construction of a community wellness and aquatic center will take place on a 15-acre plot owned by the City of Grand Forks south of the Alerus Center. The city will own the building and operations will be handled by the Park District. The facility will include an 8-Lane Competitive Pool, 25-Yd Training Pool, Pickleball Courts, Walking Track, Full-size Football Field Turf, Batting Cages, Sprint Track, Bleacher Seating, Administrative Areas, and Concessions. Overall completion is scheduled for Fall 2027.
