Banquet, Gaming & Hotel Addition
This hotel addition used Construction Management at Risk Services delivery method. The 22,200 SF project consists of 17,000 SF convention center addition and 5,000 SF hotel and office remodel. Work consists of conventional steel framing and precast building components along with high end interior finishes. Site improvements and utility upgrades are also part of the project scope.
