Rhombus Guys Brewery
Rhombus Guys Brewery was a micro-brewery project located in the 124-year-old, historic Metropolitan Opera House building in Grand Forks. The 5,000 SF project included construction of a brewery, restaurant, and kitchen. Extensive remodel work was required, along with replacing the wooden supports with a steel structure. Care was taken to preserve many of the building’s historical aspects including the exposed brick and architecture.
