Divide County Courthouse Addition
The project consisted of a 26,095 SF, three-story addition to the existing Divide County Courthouse. Approximately 3,100 SF of remodel space was completed in the Courthouse. The new addition includes a lobby/ADA entrance with stairs and elevator, a Law Enforcement Center, Social Services, Health Services, Training Room, and support functions. Work scope includes; demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, mechanical systems, electrical systems, interior fit-up, utilities and site work.
