East Grand Forks Park & Recreation Facility Improvements
Renovations at the city’s ice arenas (VFW Memorial Arena and the Civic Center) are underway, replacing both ice rinks. Scope of work includes removal of the existing rink, installing new drain tile, subfloor heating systems and piping, and installation of new rink floors. Also included is the demolition of the existing ice plant and ice refrigeration room to prepare for the addition which will house the new ice resurfacer.
