Grand Forks County Juvenile Detention & Correctional Center Expansion
Construction Engineers provided Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services to Grand Forks County as they renovated the current County Correctional Center. The new addition and renovation accommodates the changing needs of the corrections programming, inmate volume, and administrative space efficiencies. The scope of work also included moving the Juvenile Detention Center from downtown Grand Forks to the new, renovated space at the Correctional Center.
