Grand Forks County Juvenile Detention & Correctional Center Expansion
Construction Engineers is providing Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services to Grand Forks County as they renovate the current County Correctional Center. The new addition and renovation will accommodate the changing needs of the corrections programming, inmate volume, and administrative space efficiencies. The scope of work also includes moving the Juvenile Detention Center from downtown Grand Forks to the new, renovated space at the Correctional Center.
October/November 2023 Update: Precast concrete walls are being placed and setting of steel has begun.
