NDSU – Pavek Residence Hall Renovation
Pavek Hall at North Dakota State University has undergone a complete transformation. This 9-story residence hall totaling 68,400 SF that was built in 1987 was completely renovated – as the scope of work included replacing all existing pipes including water, sewer, and venting as well as adding air-conditioning to the building. Additional scope renovated and updated suites including rooms, restrooms/showers, common spaces, elevators, lighting, HVAC, and the Hall Director apartment.
