NDSU – Pavek Residence Hall Renovation

Pavek Hall at North Dakota State University is undergoing a complete transformation. This is a 9-story residence hall totaling 68,400 SF that was built in 1987. The scope of the project will include replacing all existing pipes including water, sewer, and venting as well as adding cooling to the building. Additional scope will renovate and update suites including rooms, restrooms/showers, common spaces, elevators, lighting, HVAC, and the Hall Director apartment.
