Office & Transload Facility
Design-Build construction services for an 11,000 SF, facility located on seven acres of previously undeveloped land. The Office was constructed using conventional steel‐framed construction. The Cross Dock Facility is a pre-engineered metal building. Work included: utilities; storm water retention pond; drainage swales; fencing; tractor, trailer and auto parking; interior class A office finishes, a Daikin mechanical system which allows individual controls at each office. The job came in under the Owner’s budget which allowed for an additional 1,200 SF of office space to be added after the initial design.
