Raw Water Intake & Transmission
Construction of a 60-ft inside diameter circular concrete caisson with a finished floor elevation that is approximately 65 feet below the existing ground surface, having an augured grout-injected pile foundation system tied to a substantial concrete base slab. Installation of four 30-inch steel raw water transmission pipelines having a total length of approximately 7,300 ft, using horizontal directional drilling. Construction of 2 new river inlet assemblies and pipeline connections to two existing river inlet assemblies.
