Hess Corporation Office Complex
Construction of a 60,000 SF office, cafeteria, and warehouse facility. Structural steel and masonry was used to complete the building shell. Class “A” finish level in the office and cafeteria areas provides a corporate atmosphere. Significant site work and utilities were completed on this 20-acre greenfield site in rural North Dakota. Construction Engineers utilized in-house work crews and led all design consultants as well as subcontractors through the duration of this project.
