UND Brannon Hall & Landing Zone
This project was a multi-phase project for the UND Housing Department. The scope of work consisted of first installing a new pedestrian bridge to connect a parking lot/Wellness Center to residence halls on the north end of campus.
Second, the residence hall Brannon Hall was completely renovated, including all new replacement windows throughout the building, adding new windows and natural light to hallways and stairways, renovations to student rooms, and updating common lounges/hall kitchen.
The Landing Zone was the final space to be finished. This building connects several of the residence halls to Wilkerson Commons and Dining Center. In addition to a common walkway, the Landing Zone features study space/lounge space for students inside and informal recreation space outdoors.
