University Place Student Housing
This project was the construction of a 300 bed, 108,000 SF residence hall on campus. Hollow core planking, structural steel, and masonry were utilized for the building envelope. The three wing, four-story facility includes 76 suites, common areas with lobby, lounge, administrative offices, public restrooms, mail area & laundry room. The public area contains a café, convenience store, multi-purpose rooms, and computer areas. CE coordinated mechanical and electrical subcontractors along with in-house work crews.
