Watford City Elementary School Addition & Remodel
Classrooms, library, gymnasium, common areas comprise the new 30,000 SF addition. New interior finishes and mechanical/electrical upgrades were completed throughout the facility. Renovation was approximately 45,000 SF. Multiple products were used to complete the building shell, including precast concrete, structural steel, metal panels and masonry. Fast track preconstruction limited exposure to winter conditions.
