YMCA Renovation
Work included interior renovation and exterior improvements to the YMCA Family Center in downtown Grand Forks. Work included general, mechanical, and electrical upgrades to several areas of the facility including lobby and offices, group fitness areas, training and youth activity rooms, and racquetball courts. Construction Engineers worked with the design team to provide early construction cost estimates in order to allow the owner time for fundraising efforts.
