MOORHEAD Minn.—Clay County law enforcement is showing off its new home.

Officials with the county joined The Moorhead Police Department and Sheriff’s Office in a ribbon cutting. The nearly $15 million facility hosted tours as the public took a look at the new building. 40 percent of the space is shared between the two departments , which considerably cut down on cost. Crews will begin moving things from the old law enforcement center next door to the new one. Both departments will work out of the new one beginning next Monday.

The new Clay County Jail will be ready in September.
